For me, Technics is more than just a turntable brand — it represents the purest form of DJ culture and the foundation of the craft. In our academy, we teach 180 young DJs how to play on vinyl, and Technics is at the center of that journey.
Every student’s first moment touching a Technics platter carries the same feeling: respect. It’s the moment they understand what real DJing is — precision, discipline, and connection with the music. Technics symbolizes the roots of the culture they are stepping into, and for many of them, it becomes the turning point where DJing stops being a hobby and becomes a passion.
That’s why Technics is not just equipment for us — it’s a bridge between generations of DJs, and the most iconic tool for teaching authenticity, skill, and true musical control.
We started last year as a local DJ hub with 90 members, this year we have 180 members from 6 countries, next year – who knows 🙂
