I own over 4,000 vinyl records and 5 Technics turntables, three of them original units from the 90s. Vinyl is the heart of what we do: it’s the epicenter of our teaching, and on a personal level, it’s also my main tool as a DJ.

For me, Technics represents precision, reliability, and a timeless standard that shaped the culture of DJing worldwide. The feeling of control, the physical connection with the record, and the technique behind every mix is something that can’t be replaced. Technics is not just equipment, it’s history, discipline, and a way of understanding music with respect and passion.

NuTempo Academy is a DJ and Music Production school based in Armilla, Granada (Spain). Our goal is to train real artists by combining technique, creativity, and a professional vision of the music industry.

We offer training in DJing (vinyl and CDJ), music production from beginner to advanced levels, mixing and mastering, and full guidance so every student can develop their own style and release music with confidence.

At NuTempo, we prioritize vinyl as a key part of our identity: we believe in strong technique, respect for music, and club culture as the foundation to build solid and authentic DJs. Our future project is to keep training students in the art of vinyl mixing, so this culture remains alive and we continue to promote high-quality DJing. More than an academy, we are a community where passion for electronic music turns into progress and real results.
