Jockey\, DJ profesional\, productor de Hip-Hop e instructor de scratch de Manchester\, afincado en Barcelona.On Saturday July 11th\, CO’LAAB opens its doors for an intimate scratch and DJ workshop with Danny Murphy — aka Misc. Jockey — professional DJ\, Hip-Hop producer and scratch instructor from Manchester\, now based in Barcelona.  \nSolo hay 10 plazas. Nada más.  \n¿Qué vivirás? \nComenzaremos con una breve introducción a los orígenes del scratch: desde Grand Wizard Theodore en el South Bronx hasta el nacimiento del Hip-Hop como movimiento cultural global. No será un documental\, sino el contexto necesario para entender lo que estás a punto de hacer con tus propias manos.   \nDespués\, el DJ toma el control. 1 hora y 20 minutos de práctica en los platos: técnica\, ritmo y control del vinilo. Sin teoría innecesaria. Solo tú\, el scratch y un instructor que lleva años perfeccionando su técnica sobre los giradiscos.    \nAl finalizar la sesión\, habrá un momento para conversar y hacer networking con el resto de participantes. \nSobre Misc Jockey \nDJ\, instructor de scratch y productor de Hip-Hop originario de Manchester. Su música fusiona soul\, funk y Hip-Hop\, con el scratch como elemento central: un sonido nacido de su profunda pasión por el vinilo y la cultura que lo hizo posible. Es autor de The Misctape\, su primer EP\, producido y mezclado íntegramente por él mismo. Actualmente vive y actúa en Barcelona.   \nSobre CO’LAAB \nEl primer concept store de Barcelona que combina café de especialidad\, una cuidada selección de vinilos y una comunidad creativa.
