In the mid-90s, electronic music was definitively popularized in Barcelona and, according to the new times, Mas i Mas decided to expand their offer with a venue that would accommodate all those new sounds. This is how Moog Electronic Dancing Club was born, a new club in the heart of Raval (two steps from Las Ramblas and Plaza Real), which, despite looking to the future, recovers a classic from the most authentic Barrio Chino (the mythical Villa Rosa) and the tradition of the Dancings (precursors of the current clubs). Under the baton of expert DJ Loe and with a policy of daily opening (from Monday to Sunday), Moog quickly establishes itself as an unmissable appointment in the nightlife of the city, a temple for those who enjoy dancing with the most electronic and synthetic rhythms.

Becoming our reference, its fame quickly crosses borders, becoming a must-see for DJs and producers from around the world. Many are the established names that made their first appearance (whether nationally or locally) in the Moog booth, thus giving the public the opportunity to enjoy a large number of proposals. The dimensions of the venue make the sessions unique and surprising, where attendees can enjoy great names in electronics such as Jeff Mills, Laurent Garnier, DJ Hell, Richie Hawtin, James Holden or Josh Wink in an almost intimate atmosphere. Since its opening in 1996, Moog has stood out for an integral and high-level programming, accommodating both local and foreign names, whether they were established names or emerging proposals. The longevity and popularity of this proposal is evidence of its success, and, today, Moog continues to offer a programming as fresh and exciting as since its opening in 1996.
