da Graca Brothers

Soulful house, disco and jazz - DJ/Producer

We are brothers who share the same passion and love of music. We created Jaguar House in Amsterdam, equipped with two Technics 1200 MK2 turntables, purchased 10 years ago during a trip to London. Joel journeyed from London to Amsterdam with two turntables packed in his luggage.

Joel and Josué Da Graca, rooted in Rosario, Argentina and now based in Amsterdam, are DJs, producers, and curators behind Jaguar House—a project bridging music, community, and craftsmanship. Their sound weaves deep house, soulful grooves, Afro-Latin percussion, jazz improvisation, Zouk’s sway, disco’s glitter, and Balearic textures, threaded with the raw spirituality of gospel.

Trained in music yet guided by intuition, their sets are dynamic dialogues between past and present. Whether behind the decks or at the piano, they blend live instrumentation with meticulously curated vinyl, honoring the pioneers who shaped their craft. Their adaptability transforms spaces: from intimate clubs to festival stages, they read rooms like seasoned storytellers, ensuring every performance feels both personal and universal.

At the heart of their work is their studio in Amsterdam’s Red Light District, a nexus of creativity where they produce original music and film the Jaguar House series—raw, improvisational sessions that capture their philosophy of rhythm as heritage.
Beyond production, they curate events at venues like Doka, the Chapel of Hotel Arena, and Multipla, showcasing a diverse lineup of local talent alongside international artists such as Pabels, Mark Grusane, and Jamie 3:26.

Their last ADE showcase epitomizes their vision: a four-day convergence of vinyl culture, featuring a handpicked record fair, rare rotary mixers (Resør Electronics, Varia Instruments, Nea, Menura), and performances by boundary-pushing artists like Jamie 3:26, Coco María, Monalee, Marcel Vogel, Mary Olivetti, Palo Santo Discos, Saucy Lady, and U-Key.

For da Graca Brothers, music is a living archive. Through Jaguar House, they craft experiences where dancefloors become temples of connection, and every beat whispers a truth older than the records themselves.
