From daytime dialogue and hands‑on knowledge exchange to uncompromising nighttime club experiences, Technics creates a connected journey through the week — rooted in vinyl culture, analog precision and authentic club environments.

This is not about adding noise to an already intense calendar. It is about contributing meaningfully to the ecosystem that surrounds electronic music — its people, its knowledge and the spaces where sound truly matters.

ON Bridge — June 16 | Daytime at Bridge 48

On Monday, June 16, Technics starts with ON Bridge, a curated daytime activation at Bridge 48, carried out in partnership with Union Audio, and with Ortofon invited for a special talk.

In the context of Sónar Week, Bridge 48 becomes an epicentre for activities designed to strengthen connections within the music industry and reinforce its role as a bridge between generations and genres. From Monday to Sunday, the space hosts workshops, talks, debates and DJ sets, creating a meeting point between established industry voices and emerging talent.

Barcelona transforms into more than a festival city. It becomes an active space for participation, dialogue, reflection and debate around music and its industry.

  • The History of Technics (14:00) led by Stefanie Baron from Technics
    Exploring the evolution, resilience, and continued relevance of Technics in the DJ culture.
  • Deck Calibration Session Forever Farb (14:20) led by Stefanie Baron from TechnicsA calibration session shaped by knowledge, shared through sound and craft. Led last year by Marc Farb, a pioneer of analogue and technical understanding, this moment will be held in his memory, honoring a life, a discipline, and a lasting imprint on Barcelona’s music community
  • Ortofon – Special Talk(14:30) led by DJ ND from Ortofon 
    Cartridge technology, vinyl playback, and precision at the highest level.
  • Union Audio – Talk & Demo (15:00) led by Adrian Silvestre from Union Audio 
    A deep dive into analog signal paths, mixer philosophy and sound integrity.
  • A.L.T Meeting Point (16:00)
    Exchange, conversation and community building.
  • DJ Sets & Networking (18:00–22:30)
